  Terms & Conditions 

1. This Vehicle rental agreement is between A A Tour N Travels and “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” for the rental of a vehicle.

2. The rental period starts and ends on the dates specified by the “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” during the booking and confirmed in the rental agreement.

3. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” agrees to pay 50% of the booking amount in advance at the time of confirming the booking or as communicated.

4. The vehicle will be provided in good condition, and “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” agree to return it in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

5. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” agree to pay the rental charges, additional charges (if any), parking charges, Toll charges and taxes as specified in the rental agreement. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” will also pay fines or penalties for moving violation or other citation received while in possession of rented vehicle.

6. Payment methods accepted: Cash/QR Payment/Bank Transfer/Gpay.

7. The vehicle will be used only for personal or business purposes, as specified in the rental agreement.

8. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” agree not to use the vehicle for any illegal activities as per BNS. In case found guilty/convicted, A A Tour N Travels shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

9. The vehicle will not be driven by anyone other than our authorized driver specified in the rental agreement.

10. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” hereby undertake and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, the Owner. its employees, its assigns and its agents for any loss, damage or any legal action against the Owner and the Company as a result of your use of the Rented Vehicle during the term of this car rental agreement. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” hereby undertake and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all liabilities claims, damages, cost or expenses incurred or resulting from or arising during the use of the vehicle for your assigned trip and or in connection with such possession, use, transportation and/or storage, regardless of the cause. This includes any Attorney fee necessarily incurred for these purposes. 

11. “Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company” agrees to to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, the Owner. its employees, its assigns and its agents for any loss suffered by Tours N Travel including legal costs and third parties claim arising out of and or in relation to the breach of its obligations, representations, warranties and covenants by the Customer/Renter” OR “Customer Company/ Renter Company of this Agreement and against all claim, penalties, proceedings, civil or criminal initiated against A A Tours N Travel as a result of such breach. Cancellations or changes to any bookings of this the rental agreement must be made at least [24] hours prior to the rental period via written email. Otherwise a penalty of 10% of booking amount will be applied. Processing time for refunds will be minimum 73 working days and can take up to 90 working days. Refund will be done in same account from where the booking amount was made .A A Tour N Travels reserves the right to repossess the rented Vehicle at the renter expenses without any notice, if the vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law. 

Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai India.

यह वाहन किराये का समझौता A A Tour N Travels और “ग्राहक/किराएदार आप” या “ग्राहक आपकी कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी” के बीच वाहन किराये के लिए है। किराये की अवधि बुकिंग के दौरान “ग्राहक/किराएदार” या “ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी” द्वारा निर्दिष्ट तिथियों पर शुरू और समाप्त होती है और किराये के समझौते में पुष्टि की जाती है। “ग्राहक/किराएदार” या “ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी” बुकिंग की पुष्टि के समय या बताए गए अनुसार बुकिंग राशि का 50% अग्रिम भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत है। वाहन अच्छी स्थिति में प्रदान किया जाएगा, और “ग्राहक/किराएदार” या “ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी”आप इसे उसी स्थिति में वापस करने के लिए सहमत हैं, सामान्य टूट-फूट के अधीन। “ग्राहक/किराएदार” या “ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी”आप किराये के समझौते में निर्दिष्ट किराये के शुल्क, अतिरिक्त शुल्क (यदि कोई हो), पार्किंग शुल्क, टोल शुल्क और करों का भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत हैं। "ग्राहक/किराएदार" या "ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी" किराए पर लिए गए वाहन के कब्जे में होने के दौरान प्राप्त होने वाले उल्लंघन या अन्य उद्धरण के लिए जुर्माना या दंड का भुगतान भी करेगी। स्वीकार्य भुगतान विधियाँ: नकद/QR भुगतान/बैंक हस्तांतरण / Gpay। वाहन का उपयोग केवल व्यक्तिगत या व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाएगा, जैसा कि किराये के समझौते में निर्दिष्ट है। "ग्राहक/किराएदार" या "ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी"आप BNS के अनुसार किसी भी अवैध गतिविधि के लिए वाहन का उपयोग नहीं करने के लिए सहमत हैं। दोषी/दोषी पाए जाने की स्थिति में, A A Tour N Travels किसी भी तरह से जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। वाहन को किराये के समझौते में निर्दिष्ट हमारे अधिकृत चालक के अलावा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा नहीं चलाया जाएगा। "ग्राहक/किराएदार" या "ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी"आप इसके द्वारा कंपनी, मालिक को क्षतिपूर्ति, बचाव और हानिरहित रखने का वचन देते हैं और सहमत होते हैं। इस कार रेंटल एग्रीमेंट की अवधि के दौरान किराए के वाहन के आपके इस्तेमाल के परिणामस्वरूप मालिक और कंपनी के खिलाफ किसी भी नुकसान, क्षति या किसी भी कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए इसके कर्मचारी, इसके असाइन किए गए और इसके एजेंट। "ग्राहक/किराएदार" या "ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी" इसके द्वारा कंपनी को आपके असाइन किए गए ट्रिप के लिए वाहन के इस्तेमाल के दौरान या इस तरह के कब्जे, इस्तेमाल, परिवहन और/या स्टोरेज के संबंध में होने वाले या उससे उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी और सभी देनदारियों, दावों, क्षति, लागत या खर्चों से मुआवजा देने, बचाव करने और नुकसान से बचाने के लिए सहमत हैं, चाहे इसका कारण कुछ भी हो। इसमें इन उद्देश्यों के लिए आवश्यक रूप से खर्च किया गया कोई भी अटॉर्नी शुल्क शामिल है। "ग्राहक/किराएदार" या "ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी" कंपनी, मालिक, इसके कर्मचारियों, इसके असाइन किए गए और इसके एजेंटों को A A Tour N Travels द्वारा उठाए गए किसी भी नुकसान के लिए मुआवजा देने, बचाव करने और नुकसान से बचाने के लिए सहमत हैं। A A Tour N Travels कानूनी लागत और तीसरे पक्ष के दावे सहित ग्राहक/किराएदार द्वारा अपने दायित्वों, अभ्यावेदन, वारंटियों और वाचाओं के उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न होने वाले या उससे संबंधित” या “ग्राहक कंपनी/किराएदार कंपनी इस समझौते के और ऐसे उल्लंघन के परिणामस्वरूप ए ए टूर्स एन ट्रैवल के खिलाफ शुरू किए गए सभी दावों, दंड, कार्यवाही, दीवानी या आपराधिक के खिलाफ। इस किराये के समझौते की किसी भी बुकिंग को रद्द करना या उसमें बदलाव लिखित ईमेल के माध्यम से किराये की अवधि से कम से कम [24] घंटे पहले किया जाना चाहिए। अन्यथा बुकिंग राशि का 10% का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा। रिफंड के लिए प्रोसेसिंग समय कम से कम 73 कार्य दिवस होगा और 90 कार्य दिवस तक लग सकते हैं। रिफंड उसी खाते में किया जाएगा जहां से बुकिंग राशि बनाई गई थी। ए ए टूर एन ट्रैवल्स बिना किसी सूचना के किराएदार के खर्च पर किराए पर लिए गए वाहन को वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है, अगर वाहन को छोड़ दिया जाता है या कानून का उल्लंघन करते हुए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। * विवाद समाधान - किराये के समझौते से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी विवाद को भारतीय मध्यस्थता और सुलह अधिनियम 1996 के अनुसार मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से हल किया जाएगा। पक्ष मध्यस्थता या मुकदमेबाजी का सहारा लेने से पहले मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से किसी भी विवाद को हल करने का प्रयास करने के लिए सहमत हैं। यह समझौता भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार शासित और व्याख्या किया जाएगा। इस समझौते से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा मुंबईभारत की अदालतों के अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होगा।
